pancake fun

When I was a kid, my Grandpa Chong would always make fun pancakes for us. He would draw faces on the skillet, make a giraffe shape or anything else we demanded. My kids love to see their name spelled out.

I use extra medicine dispensers to draw out the smiley faces and letters. Let is cook a bit and then pout more pancake batter over the drawing. You could also use some food coloring to create more contrast.
