sweet paul tree

{sweetpaul.typepad.com}

made this wood tree for a magazine a while ago.
It looks complicated, but its quite easy.
You need:
Thin wooden rails, I got mine at HomeDepo
Small saw
Hot glue gun
White paint
Small brush
Glitter star

Start with the base.
Make a stand out of one long and two shorter rails that is half the length of the long one.
Hot glue them together in a X shape.
Now make 20 rails one a little smaller then the other.
Hot glue them on top of each other with a hot glue gun.
Once its dry, use a small brush and paint the tree white.
Hot glue a glitter star to the top.
