{moomama.com} It is nearly Chinese New Year, the year of the dragon. The Dragon is considered the most powerful of the Chinese zodiac. Parents strive to have children born the year of the Dragon. I know this only because I am part Chinese. I was born the year of the snake (which is consider under par). My Chinese relatives say "why you mother have you year of snake? Don't she know better?"
I am guessing she was not paying attention... Any ways, this cake looks pretty sweet.
