Tiny Heart Pies

Tiny heart Pies! We had some left over pie filling from the Cherry and Apple French Toast rollups (with cream cheese dipping sauce). I made a Blueberry French Toast Rollups a few weeks ago.  By the way, the blueberry version works the best. The cherries shot out like cannons and I had to spoon them back into the rollup. (pass-no one has time for that).

I have made tiny Apple pies before with lattice like topping.  This time to fall in line with Valentine's day, we tossed little heart cutouts on top. I was uber lazy and used some pre-made crust. Don't judge me. I have three kids. The fact that I can get anything done, is amazing somedays.
