Yum! Salted Caramel Chocolate Cakeball Truffles. My eldest, loved them and she is miss picky pants. I make the caramel sauce from regular caramels (the ones that are individually wrapped) in the baking aisle. I toss the caramels in a pot and melt them slowly on low heat with a bit of heavy cream. The salt is best as freshly ground Sea Salt.
